About our goji granola:

The basis of our hearty Raw superfood granola is buckwheat ­one of the healthiest of the European grains (technically a seed of the rhubarb family).  It is organically grown and then germinated, providing an excellent source of protein, iron, B vitamins and other minerals.

The granola requires careful preparation. It is not roasted but dried at a temperature of under 45 degrees retaining enzymes, vitamins and antioxidants.
Taking into account the low temperature, cooking time lasts for 36 hours. Our gluten­free and sugar­free granola provides a fast and long lasting feeling of nourishment as it naturally stabilises blood sugar levels. Recommended for vegetarians, athletes, pregnant women and people who care about their health, our granola is an excellent source of protein, vitamins and minerals.

Whole grain buckwheat 35%, sunflower seeds 30%, nuts 10% (in various proportions – almonds, hazelnuts, cashews), goji berries 10%, sesame seeds, dried apples, raisins, coconut oil, honey
